Duties
* Looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with at least 1 year of experience.
* Property & Casualty License Required; Commercial Licensed is a plus.
* Customer Service, Sales and Communication skills are needed. Bilingual is a plus.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance services.
Skills
* Proven experience in sales, retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Proficiency in sales administration tasks and analysis skills for evaluating market trends and client data.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies and benefits administration processes.
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
