As a Valet Attendant, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests, delivering exceptional service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. You'll work closely with the Bell Desk team to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, creating memorable experiences from curb to room.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Safely drive, park, and return guest and company vehicles in a timely manner.
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles, ensuring careful handling and prompt delivery to guest rooms.
• Provide accurate directions and recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, upholding safety and service standards.
• Collaborate with Bell Desk and Front Services teams to support smooth guest transitions.
• Demonstrate upbeat energy and a team-first mindset throughout every shift.

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
