The bartender will drive retail sales and extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that will be provided to each of our guests. Providing world class service to each and every guest is what sets us apart from all of our competition. The bartender is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests. They are responsible for knowing and suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the bartender can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The bartender must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, serve top-quality food and follow all Health Department guidelines and codes.
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
