Are you ready to be part of the Caesars Family Style Service experience? We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Worker/Maintenance to keep our kitchens spotless and running smoothly. If you take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and creating a safe environment, this is the role for you!What You'll Do* Clean and stock essential supplies: plates, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.* Maintain proper sanitation standards in all kitchen outlets in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) regulations and company Stewarding standards.* Safely clean and sanitize all china, flatware, and kitchen equipment.* Operate dish machines and handle cleaning chemicals (bleach, pine sol, oven cleaner, etc.) responsibly.* Support the team by meeting attendance guidelines and following all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.Qualifications* Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a cleaning role preferred.* Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.* Strong teamwork skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance.* Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 115°F near dish machines).* Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, push carts, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes.* Must respond to visual and auditory cues effectively.Requirements* SNHD Food Handler's Card - must be obtained and maintained.* Commitment to Caesars Family Style Service standards.
