The Assembly Technician is a critical position responsible for the hands-on assembly and quality control of all finished product packaging. This individual ensures product integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate inventory tracking, serving as a core component of our production chain.
Assembly & Production: Efficiently and accurately put together the final packaging of all pre-weighed products.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous checks to ensure that products are damage-free and meet Mohave Cannabis Co. quality standards before and during the packaging process.
Compliance & Labeling: Ensure all packages have correct and compliant labeling, including necessary regulatory seals and information.
Inventory Control: Count, track, and maintain accurate records of package inventory and materials.
Data Management: Maintain a database of packages and other necessary records for compliance and internal reporting.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary work environment at all times, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Licensure: Must be able to acquire a Live Scan card through the State of California.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work with hands at a high-volume, fast-paced volume, demonstrating strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Availability: Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in a packaging, production, or highly regulated manufacturing facility.
