Description

Summary:

Responsible for the development, implementation and analyses of all database marketing campaigns. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadership.
  • Establish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievement.
  • Develops strategic use of existing information processes and evaluates potential uses of new processes.
  • Coordinates system testing with IT.
  • Performs ad hoc analysis and extracts for various operating departments.
  • Oversees the development and production of monthly direct mail programs, including list generation, proforma's, creation of offers, creative, production, implementation and post campaign analyses.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of equivalent experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, relational database, SQL, and the operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge for LMS and CMP.
  • Ability to analyze, test, document and report information.
  • Casino gaming data management experience is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.
