Must be 21 to work in this position JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for controlling all dispatching tasks as directed by the Director of Security. Must have excellent organizational and computer skills. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Dispatch officers for various calls. Contact Eng. for all elevator issues. Maintain key control for the property. Handle all AMR calls which includes contacting Security and all departments listed. Emergency calls. Control Lost & Found and maintain log. Handle all property outages (follow Emergency short or long call out list). Maintain daily dispatch activity log Maintain report (DR) log. Handle Emergency board and contact Engineering if needed. Maintain room complaint tracking log if needed. Maintain room pin/unpin log. Maintain key in/out log. Log daily Race and Sports time. Control inventory of all required forms.
