Promote the operations of the Bullhead Belle and any associated events. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while responsibly preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the Bullhead Belle. Prepare, and handle food orders directly from customers or Marketplace staff to ensure the needs of our guests are being met. Comply with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and follow established food production programs and procedures, proper operation of a POS system, guest service, stocking and preparing food and beverage products. NOTE: Schedule may consist of early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. - MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT IS 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/ LICENSING & TRAINING EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related professional experience.
