SUMMARY: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining departmental records and executing administrative policies as determined by or in conjunction with the Director of Facility Operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Maintains all records, invoices and files as related to the Facility Operations department.* Maintains all Purchase Orders for arrivals and maintains an accurate inventory.* Receives maintenance requests and dispatches personnel during the daytime shift.* Processes all documents, memos, maintenance records, letters and timesheets.* Position is authorized to purchase equipment and other items required for maintenance of the property.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Facility Operations.* Must be available for scheduled work.* Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNone.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.ATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLSMust have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
