Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
